With the economic and social development,taxi has become the significant part of the urban transportation system that has been the important security of people getting out.As the provincial city and travelling window,Haikou undoubtedly takes the taxi as a crucial card.Nonetheless,due to the influence of the central adjustment of the fuel surcharge subsidy policy,"special car" occupying the market,"illegal taxi" and illegal operations of taxis out of town on the taxi industry,the deep problems hidden behind the current taxi management system have been increasingly prominent,including management right system,operating mode,freight system,etc.Especially some cities inside and outside the province happened "taxi going on strike" that sharpened the contradiction of the taxi industry and seriously influenced the healthy and stable development.Under such circumstances,the paper mainly carries out the research on how to well manage the taxi industry in Haikou.The paper starts from the current situation of the taxi industry in Haikou.By analyzing the management and operation mode of the taxi industry,as well as combining the market environment,including the profound survey of the operation mode of taxi enterprises and management mechanism of taxi drivers.Based on a large number of quantitative and qualitative analyses,the paper summarizes the problems in the taxi industry management in Haikou,and comprehensively evaluates the risks of the taxi operation market in our city through researching the hidden causes.Meanwhile,by learning from the taxi development of the similar cities,the paper finally provides measurements and suggestions improving and promoting the harmonious and healthy development of the taxi industry in Haikou.
