With the rapid development of urban economy and traffic,urban traffic congestion is becoming increasingly serious.Taxis are an important part of urban public transportation.There are also a series of problems in the taxi market,such as unreasonable allocation of taxi resources,imbalance of supply and demand of taxi and imbalance of income of drivers due to imbalanced distribution of taxi passengers(especially the imbalanced distribution of passengers that can bring higher returns to drivers),maladjustment between urbanization development level and urban functional area construction.The emergence of these problems has increased the imbalance in the taxi market,further widening the driver's income gap and deteriorating the relationship between supply and demand.The imbalance of the taxi market affects the passenger travel experience,affects the operating efficiency of taxis,and also affects the management and planning of urban traffic.Firstly,this paper describes the research area and data source of taxi market in detail,including taxi GPS trajectory data,urban POI data,and evaluation index system of urbanization development level.On this basis,these three data are preprocessed.Secondly,based on taxi GPS trajectory data,this paper builds a taxi high-quality customer evaluation model,and analyzes the imbalance of the taxi market from the time and space dimensions.Finally,this paper uses urban POIs data and taxi GPS trajectory data to calculate the urban POIs spatial entropy and taxi temporal entropy based on information entropy.Based on the coupling coordination degree model,the coupling coordination degree between the taxi temporal entropy,the urban POIs spatial entropy and the urbanization development level is analyzed,and the imbalance of the taxi market is analyzed from the perspective of coupling coordination degree.The research in this paper has obtained a series of valuable research results:(1)The distribution of high-quality customer of taxi is imbalanced in the spatio-temporal dimension.The spatial distribution of high-quality customer presents regional aggregation phenomena.The high-quality customer of taxis in Beijing are mostly distributed in the main urban areas,and taxi drivers are more likely to receive orders from areas in which it is not easier to receive high-quality customer orders,and vice versa.Daily variations in the high-quality customer levels for administrative districts on work days and weekends are more significantly different.The high-quality customers of taxi are more likely to receive high-quality passenger source orders in residence,financial,traffic and leisure functional zones from 3: 00-6: 00.For the traffic functional zone,drivers can easily receive high-yield high-quality customer orders in the early morning.(2)Urban POIs spatial entropy and taxi temporal entropy have significant regional imbalances.Urban POIs spatial entropy and taxi temporal entropy appear to decrease from the central urban to the outer suburbs.The urban function mixing degree and urbanization development level are higher in the central area,but lower in the outer suburbs.The coupling coordination among the urbanization development level,urban POIs spatial entropy,and taxi temporal entropy is distributed unevenly in various regions,which means that the three types of coupling coordination in the central urban are in balanced development,while the various types of coupling coordination in the outer suburbs are in unbalanced development.From the perspective of spatial correlation characteristics,the higher the degree of spatial agglomeration,the higher the urban function mixing degree and urbanization development level.The higher the coupling coordination degree among urbanization development level,urban POIs spatial entropy,and taxi temporal entropy,and vice versa.The spatio-temporal distribution of high-quality customers can provide an effective theoretical basis for taxi drivers' travel routes,further improve the symmetry of information between driver and passenger,and can appropriately narrow the income gap between drivers.It is suggested that relevant departments can coordinate the pricing of taxis,rationally construct the urban spatial structure,perfect the construction of urban functional areas,and allocate resources reasonably according to the spatial-temporal distribution of high-quality customers in the taxi market,and the coupling coordination degree among the taxi temporal entropy,the POIs spatial entropy and the urbanization development level.These can further promote the sustainable and healthy development of urban transportation.
