Study On Agricultural Mechanization Development Of Jinhua City In The New Stage

With the rapid development of domestic industrialization and urbanization, rural labor's transfer to non-agricultural sectors leads to the increase in the labor cost in agricultural production, and consequently of food production costs every year. Therefore, there is an urgent need to transform the agricultural development model. According to the experience of agricultural modernization in developed countries, accelerating agricultural mechanization development is one of effective measures which overcome the above-mentioned obstacles restricting the current agricultural development. On the basis of analysis of the literature on agricultural mechanization development both at home and aboard, this paper summarized and analyzed the effectiveness and problems of agricultural mechanization development in Jinhua in recent ten years. Meanwhile, it analyzed the new environment of agricultural mechanization development, the overall demand for farming machinery and technology and the spatial distribution of agricultural mechanization. Finally, a number of suggestions on accelerating the development of agricultural mechanization in Jinhua were given. The main contents include the following four aspects:1) From perspectives of retain amount and structure of farming machinery, the fieldwork mechanization level, agricultural mechanization technology training, agriculture machinery socialization service main body and agricultural machinery safety supervision, this paper described the effectiveness of agricultural mechanization development and put forward to some measures to the development of agricultural mechanization in Jinhua. Moreover, it analyzed the current problems of agricultural mechanization development in terms of agricultural mechanization development level, farm machinery socialization service and public service and infrastructure of agricultural mechanization.2) The paper studied the environment of agricultural mechanization development in Jinhua according SWOT and AHP methods and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by Jinhua according SWOT method. Besides, it has also applied SWOT and AHP methods to conduct a quantitative study of the four above-mentioned factors affecting the development of agricultural mechanization, and based on this, SO strategic idea that Jinhua city make full use of the internal advantages and external opportunities to develop agricultural mechanization was proposed.3) The demand of the development of agricultural leading industry including grain, oil, vegetables, tea, fruits, edible fungi, Chinese medicinal materials, livestock and poultry for farming machinery and technology was eliminated, by paying close attention to weak links on mechanized production of agricultural leading industry in Jinhua. Consequently, this thesis proposed a layout of agricultural mechanization suitable to regional distribution of preponderant crops and six priority programs that could solve the difficult problems for mechanized production of agricultural leading industry.4) Several policy recommendations and measures have been put forward to further speed up the agricultural mechanization development in Jinhua on the basis of successful experience of agricultural modernization at home and abroad.
