Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Mechanization In Yibin City

The mechanization of agriculture to reduce agricultural labor intensity,improve the efficiency of agricultural production has significant effect,it is the traditional agriculture to the material basis for the transformation of the modern agriculture,but also is the important coordinate in the course of the development of agricultural modernization is bound to experience.Agriculture machinery changes as a subsystem of the agricultural production system,it with the natural resources,human and animal power,biological and chemical measures,capital and other factors of production,and information and policy together with the input to the agricultural production system,realize the output of agricultural production system by a certain degree of conversion.Therefore,the agricultural machinery in the process of mechanization production,operating scale and speed of development to achieve agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income has an important impact on agricultural production.Agriculture machinery of role in the agricultural production system is determined on its function,the function of which is to improve agricultural labor productivity,land productivity and resource utilization rate,improve the quality of agricultural products,and the adjustment of rural industrial structure,the transfer of rural labor force,the development of rural economy and even the entire national economic development will produce important influence.This paper in Yibin City as an example,using field survey,case studies and other methods,the research of Yibin City Agricultural Mechanization status and analysis agricultural mechanization in Yibin City encountered problems,and with reference to the experience and lessons of domestic and foreign agricultural mechanization development,put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter presents the background of this study,core concepts,the domestic and foreign agricultural mechanization research literature review;the second chapter elaborates the theory and practice of agricultural mechanization,to restrict the significance of promoting the development of agricultural mechanization,agricultural mechanization factors and the future direction of development;the third chapter through the analysis of a case and the data analysis problems and reasons and restricts the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Yibin city to promote the development of Yibin agricultural mechanization of agriculture;the fourth chapter puts forward the Countermeasures of Agricultural Mechanization in Yibin city.The study found that Yibin City Agricultural Mechanization mainly exist in the following problems:unreasonable structure of agricultural equipment,agricultural machinery operation facilities is not perfect,agricultural machinery professional service organization is not perfect;hilly terrain condition restricts the promotion of large and medium-sized agricultural machinery.To analyze the causes of these problems,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures:adjustment of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy,increase subsidies for main operation steps;strengthen communication between agriculture and agricultural sector,comprehensive consideration of the agricultural operation needs,improve agricultural operations facilities construction;intensify training of agricultural machinery operation and maintenance and technical personnel,guide and encourage the development of agricultural machinery professional service organization;encourage the development of appropriate scale of land circulation,improve of middle and small agricultural machinery in the mountains,hills,use rate.
