The Study Of Patterns Of Technology Upgrading Project Management

With the pace of reform and opening up,China’s international economic status continues to improve,at the same time,under the background of economic globalization,our country industry in recent years accounted for a small decline,for this,the speed of light industry technology innovation and upgrade is imminent.With the core technology of enterprises has high core competitiveness,can research new and high performance products or handicrafts,can improve the market share,enhance the value of their own.Under the background of economic transition in China,light industry enterprises would not be eliminated by the market,we should accelerate the pace of technological upgrading.With the enlargement of enterprise scale and business scope,abundant project management mode be adopted,many project managers think project closely related with the economic development of the enterprise,therefore,the use of technology upgrade project management mode will help to promote the development of the industry.Based on the theory of technology upgrading project management mode,this paper analyzes the present situation,influence of light industry technology upgrade and the policy of improve technology upgrade,and the preparation stage,planning stage,implementation stage,monitoring and ending stage of project management was studied,established the model of the project management process.And derivative project,platform project,breakthrough project,R&D project and outsourcing and partnership project of technology upgrading project management was analyzed,technology upgrade project management model was constructed.In addition,this paper takes HUATAI paper limited as an example,after understanding the technology innovation development and the progress of the project management of the company deeply,we constructed technology upgrading project management organizational structure and business process diagrams.Light industry is closely related to people’s life consumption,only by proceed with technical innovation and upgrade constantly,to meet customers different needs at different levels.Therefore,we analyzed this article from the new perspective of technology upgrade project management mode and combined with the specific light industry enterprise case,not only has a strategic significance,but also has a certain practical value.
