The Study Of Development Strategy On Chinese Community Banks From The Perspective Of Internet

The development of community Banks is an important way to push for Inclusive Finance. With the continuous relaxation of banking supervision and the progress of network technology, the future development, banking products and services of community banks are subject to extensive and far-reaching influence. The impact to the customer, alternative mode of payment and settlement systems, and so on from Internet financial, the influence of it is the birth defects of the small and medium-sized banks which committed to the development of community banks. If the small and medium-sized banks can use the Internet financial model to transform itself, solve regional restrictions and settlement problem, so it will be a good opportunity, rather than a challenge. Under this background, the domestic community Banks should take this opportunity to draw Internet thinking and use of the Internet financial model to complete their own transformation, realize the strategic transformation, make full use of the technology of large data via the Internet resources to expand scope of customers, accurate service.This paper aims to promote commercial banks to face the Internet financial challenges, the use of Internet thinking, with the help of Internet tools and methods to improve their business level and service capabilities, scientific layout of community banks, provide smooth investment channels, and create value-added service for community residents, establish a multi-level structure of the banking system, promote the development of Inclusive Financial.This paper, by show the development mode of community Banks at home and abroad, summarizes the development status of community banks and operators in the form, explore the opportunities of the development of community bank under the Internet thinking, analyzes the future development of differential positioning and service optimization measures, coping strategies of community bank in China under the perspective of Internet. This paper introduces the concept of intelligent community and puts forward the business model of intelligent community online and offline, in order to explore a development road, contribute to local economic development and financial system reform.In accordance with the idea of putting forward the problem, this paper analyzes the problem and solving the problem, combined with a large number of domestic and foreign actual case studies, can give some comparisons and references for strategic planning of community banks in our country. The strategic transformation of the proposed scheme for the community banks can promote to deal with internet banking, and improve competitiveness.
