With the increasing popularity of the Internet and Internet speed, the development of the Internet HD video business has ushered in an unprecedented opportunity, in high education, high income, young people in the group of permeability and viscosity rising, and continue to penetrate and expand to other groups, a huge market potential. Based on the research of marketing environment analysis, STP theory, 6P theory and other traditional marketing theories,this paper analyzes the macro marketing environment and micro marketing environment, and analyzes the market segmentation, the target market selection and market positioning strategy, which is based on the six aspects: product, price, channel, promotion, public relations and power marketing.
