Study On Tourism Development In The Characteristic Ethnic Village

As the productive and active region,the characteristic ethnic villages reflect the minorities' national culture.Recently,the reason our country emphasis to the characteristic ethnic villages for protection and development by investing a lot of money to repair and upgrade is that to hope the villages residents to enjoy the improvement of modern society for one side,and to avoid their culture to weaking and dying by Culture Shock for another side.This tourism is very important for the characteristic ethnic villages to improve their economy and protact the minorities' national culture.No matter what form for these villages to develop tourism,we can not ignore the role of villagers.As the one of tourism stakeholders,the process of the characteristic ethnic village tourism development should mobilize the enthusiasm of the villagers,make them participate in tourism development and bring them to enjoy the benefits,that's the significance of “Tour help to reduce Poverty”.Although today's the Characteristic Ethnic Village Tourism use the protecting way to develop,but it success or not eventually need market to test.In this process,how can these villages not only protect their own national cultures but also meet to tourism consumer market is important,so to develop the characteristic ethnic village tourism requires detailed planning.This paper use Tourism multiplier Theory,Industrial integration Theory, Stakeholder Theory and Sustainable development theory to study the significance of the characteristic ethnic village tourism development.From six part to show the economic value of the Characteristic Ethnic Village Tourism development,this tourism can adjust the industrial structure;increased villagers' income; have more employment opportunities, improve village infrastructure;protect and develop ethnic culture;maintain environment;promote the new rural construction.Meanwhile,this paper show five reasons to describe the necessity of developing the characteristic ethnic village tourism.Thats are our national living standards have improved;tourism products should change;the characteristic ethnic villages have rich tourism resources;government support them to develop;villagers have willingness to participate in the tourism.Use Shi Qiaoping village in Badong county as an example,describe the early achievements of this village tourism development.Although Shi Qiaoping village benefits from tourism develop,tourism help the village adjusts the industrial structure,increased villagers' income,the residenst have more employment opportunities, improve village infrastructure,protect and develop ethnic culture, strengthen the awareness of protecting the environment,but after investigate the village,found the tourism still have many problems.Such as unreasonable travel planning,not fully use its geographical ascendancy,the tourism combine less ethnic culture,a small amount of villagers take part in tourism,village tourism funding comes from narrow ways.To solve these problems,the characteristic ethnic village tourism should give reasonable plannings for the tourism resources,make the village famous for tourism market;distinguish tourist marketing;increase the publishment,connect the Characteristic Ethnic Village Tourism to Regional Tourism;deepen the degree of villagers to participate in tourism and increase investment channels.In conclusion,although in the development process,the Characteristic Ethnic Village Tourism will have some problems, but the Characteristic Ethnic Village Tourism will be success at last, it will develop better and better in future.
