| With the rapid growth of the Chinese economy into medium-speed growth, enterprise’s survival and development pressure is gradually increased. On the basis of external actively expand the market,how to maintain the efficient functioning of the enterprise is an urgent issue placing in front of the organization. On the basis of arranging and analyzing the existing literatures,the paper select organizational citizenship behavior and counter-productive behavior as representative of positive extra-role behavior and the negative extra-role behavior. As the same time,the paper put them together making the empirical research.The study focus on employees, and collect 218 valid questionnaires. Through literature analysis, questionnaire, factor analysis, correlation analysis methods, regression analysis, etc, the study explore the demographic variables on the organizational climate, differences affect self-efficacy and role behavior after analysis of the organizational climate, self-efficacy and the relationship between role behavior. As the same time, the study also explore the mediating effect of self-efficacy between organizational climate and extra-role behavior,following major conclusions:(1) organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior was a significant positive correlation; organizational climate and counter-productive work behavior was significantly negatively correlation. But the dimension of organizational hierarchies and organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive work behavior organizational climate is not relevant;(2) organizational climate and self-efficacy was significantly positively correlated;(3) self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and counter-productive behavior was significantly negatively correlated.(4) self-efficacy between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior partially mediated, self-efficacy between organizational climate and counter-productive behavior partially mediated. |
