In the current constantly changing social economic environment,the difficulty of the enterprise performance stable growth is increasing,especially in the current outbreak of the new champions league,under the influence and impact of the survival and development of the enterprise is more difficult.With the increasing number of employees,M enterprise has encountered some inevitable problems and difficulties.For example,some employees have high degree of engagement and are unwilling to give advice and participate in the development of the enterprise.In order to sort out the relationship between employee engagement and out-ofrole behavior in ENTERPRISE M and explain the reasons of enterprise M,this paper adopts two theories,namely social exchange theory and resource conservation theory,to study the relationship between employee engagement and out-of-role positive behavior according to this theory,and introduces organizational climate as a moderator variable.Questionnaires were designed from the three dimensions of employee engagement,organizational atmosphere and out-of-role behavior,distributed to employees of M enterprise in the form of electronic questionnaires,and collected and sorted out the questionnaires.SPSS 26.0 software was used to carry out five correlation analysis on the questionnaire,and finally verified that the overall out-of-role behavior of M enterprise was low,and the organizational climate moderated the impact of employee engagement on out-of-role behavior.It can explain the phenomenon of high employee engagement but low out-of-role behavior in M enterprise.Therefore,this paper believes that M enterprise can take effective measures from the creation of positive and good organizational communication atmosphere,organizational fairness atmosphere,organizational trust atmosphere,to stimulate M enterprise employees’ extra-role behavior.(1)Improve voice voice channels and enhance communication within the organization.(2)Optimize the leadership and management mode to enhance the sense of trust within the organization.(3)Optimize the performance appraisal mechanism to enhance the fairness within the enterprise.(4)To optimize the way of employee promotion and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.(5)Improve the employee compensation system and enhance employees’ confidence in the enterprise.
