Liangjiang New Area, as the new growth pole of the Chongqing economic development has performed a very important role in the China economy development process. the key of an area' new development is the talents. Since the beginning of the establishment,the government always adhere to the "talent is the first" working concept,vigorously implement the talent strategy of giving priority to the development,and pay attention to train and make the best use of local talent at the same time.In this context, in order to further ensure the stability and development of the Chongqing Liangjiang New enterprise talents, Liangjiang New Area government has to promote construction to attract and retain talents in the area. And by understanding the Liangjiang New Area enterprise personnel's work and life satisfaction, the government can find problems existing in Liangjiang New Area of enterprise human resource management. Government departments can from work and life satisfaction of the "barometer" to see what restricts new talent and motivate the main factors, and the introduction of the corresponding support policies, so as to improve the talent of the new job and life satisfaction,and guarantee the New District of all-round development of human resources.In this study, the method of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is used to sample survey of 38 Chongqing Liangjiang New Area enterprises about personnel work and life satisfaction and demands.lastly, this article forms the following conclusions:(1) Liangjiang New Area enterprises talent work and life satisfaction is cnsisted of three dimensions :regional environment satisfaction,self growth and development, work satisfaction and satisfaction constitute characteristics and management.(2) Liangjiang New Area enterprises work and life satisfaction in the middle level,and the regional environment satisfaction is relatively low. There is no significant difference between different gender, age on enterprise personnel work and life satisfaction.Management personnel, professional and technical personnel, skilled personnel's work and life satisfaction exist significant difference; different academic level of the enterprise personnel work and life satisfaction exist significant difference.(3) talent needs new enterprise meet the general deands, the compensation material demand is most obvious, and most people expect to be able to show more to meet thedemand of higher pay.(4) the new enterprise talent work and life satisfaction, and meeting the demand from the region tendency was negatively correlated.Finally, on the basis of analysis the author put forward the main problems, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to construct the guarantee mechanism of government talent team construction.
