Research On The Strategic Development Of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area On The Perspective Of Globalization

Chongqing Liangjiang New Area(LJNA), with international influence, is the third development zone after Tianjin Binhai New Area and Shanghai Pudong New Area. With the establishment of LJNA, the triangular economic development region, including eastern, northern and southwestern China, aimed with the development of new area, is becoming true. The strategic development of it is the overall planning of the political, economic, cultural and social development in the next period, including development goals, development content, developing mode and implement policy, etc. Therefore, studying on the strategic development of LJNA well, we can provide some development decision-making to the government.The main context of this essay is as following:firstly, by analyzing the background of LJNA, the author discoursed the basic conditions of LJNA's strategic development from the aspects of Central government, Chongqing government and the Management Committee of LJNA. What's more, the author summed up the recent research of LJNA and the globalization, proposed the core issue, that is, the problems about the development of LJNA, explicated the research thought. At last, the author chose the method of SWOT analysis to study this issue.Secondly, from the aspects of political civilization, economic integration, multicultural integration and social structure change, the author specifically discussed the great influence of the globalization on the development of LJNA, and dissertated the development trend of the politics, economy, culture and society in LJNA.Thirdly, with the application of SWOT analysis, the author viewed LJNA as a corporation, which is pursuing on the maximization of self-interest. Based on the inspiration of the enterprise's strategy development mode, this paper analyzed LJNA's internal and external strategic development, and probed into the strengths and weaknesses of the internal development, and the opportunities and threats of the external environment.Finally, the author discussed the mode of LJNA's strategic development, guided by the scientific development concept, aimed at servicing the west, and with the power of knowledge economy, explored the sustainable development roads of LJNA, achieving the inclusive development of the economy and society.
