| Development of logistics in Liangjiang New Area’s plays a decisive role toeconomy development of Chongqingeconomy regional economic operation, it is calledas the accelerator of Chongqingeconomic development. Development of logistics inLiangjiang New Area’s is attractive to regional operation efficiency and investmentenvironment of the economy for the wholeChongqing. At the same time, it also has acertain impact to logistics industry and the enterprise. Grasping the situation ofChongqing Liangjiang New Area’s logistics development has important practicalsignificance to putting forward logistics related to long-term development strategy andrelated investment policy. As all above, this paper has important theoretical andpractical significance to exploring evaluation of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area’slogistics development.In this paper, logistics development of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area’s is takenas evaluation objects. Firstly, research contents and methods of Liangjiang NewArea’slogistics development evaluation are proposed based on referring to a largenumber of relevant literature at home and abroad about logistics development andevaluation methods. A solid foundation tothe evaluation study of theChongqingLiangjiang New Area’s logistics development is laid based on related theoryabout evaluation method of regional logistics and logistics development.Secondly, through an overview of the basic situation of ChongqingLiangjiang NewArea’s, overall current situation of the development of logistics in four area of logistics.It is mainly described around logistics integration traffic channel,the logistics industrylayout,logistics node situation and land use planning of logistics.Thirdly, according to the necessity of establishing evaluation index system,construct principle, and the influence factors of building,with the combination ofLiangjiang New Area’s logistics development evaluation target, the basic content ofevaluation index system to Liangjiang New Area’s logistics development is selected,that are, economic indicators, infrastructure, logistics technology, logistics and logisticsdevelopment potential.Finally, through comparative analysis of related evaluation method,according tothe characteristics of the Liangjiang New Area’s logistics development, The evaluationmodel based on AHP and FCE is put forward. Then the evaluation model is used to the whole New Area’s logistics development situation and four logistics area’s developmentsituation. From the steps above, the evaluation results for the ChongqingLiangjiangNew Area’s logistics development is calculated. Four aspects of suggestions toLiangjiang New Area’s logistics development is put forward by analyzing the evaluateresults. |
