With the rapid development of the key web technology including cloud computing, big data, mobile internet and the internet of things, varied innovative services has been applied to tourism industry, such as virtual reality and wisdom facilities. There should be an objected standard which to evaluate the feasibility of intelligent service implement, when the tourism company face several strategic projects at the same time. Meanwhile, company strategy decision always influenced by multiple elements including market environment, ability of technology, financial and human resource, etc. In order to understand the influence factors of intelligent service implement, this paper propose a DEMATEL-ANP approach to set up an evaluation indicator system.In this research,18 criteria in 4 dimensions were developed from the four dimensions of service innovation model and new service development research. Then, using a Delphi approach to screened 15 criteria in 4 dimensions as primary framework, and 6 experts are selected for opinion solicitation in 2 rounds of testing. Next, applying the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) to cope with the interdependences between evaluation criteria and construct influential network relation map (INRM). Finally, based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP), this study got weights for each criterion.The results show that the Technological Options has the highest value of reason degree, while the New Client Interface is the most vulnerable to impact, which implies that the improvements can be prioritized in the following order:Technological Options, New Service Concept, New Client Interface and New Service Delivery System. Ranked by the weights, experts think that the New Service Delivery System is most important dimension, followed by New Client Interface, New Service Concept, Technological Options. Technical compatibility is the most important criteria, and government support is the least important criteria.
