Research On Service Innovation And Performance Improvement Of Enterprises Under The Background Of Intelligent Manufacturing

As the global economy enters the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become the most important strategic resource for enterprises.Intelligent manufacturing has become a trend.In particular,the rapid development of artificial intelligence has brought new impetus to our understanding and transformation of the world.Intelligent manufacturing has deeply influenced our life,promoted the innovation ability of enterprises,and will bring great changes to our social development in the future.Nowadays,consumer demand is becoming more and more complex,and consumers are increasingly seeking for better service experience.Traditional products and services provided by enterprises have been unable to meet the needs of consumers.Based on this,this paper focuses on exploring the relationship between service innovation and enterprise performance improvement under the background of intelligent manufacturing.On this basis,this study introduces a concept that plays an important role in the development of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy--knowledge sharing as a mediator,to explore the mediating role of knowledge sharing between service innovation and enterprise performance improvement under the background of intelligent manufacturing.This paper first elaborates the background and significance of the topic,the content and methods of the research,and the innovation of this paper.Then,through the literature review of social exchange theory,knowledge management theory and service-oriented theory,service innovation is divided into two dimensions: service concept innovation and service process innovation,and knowledge sharing is divided into two dimensions: explicit knowledge sharing and implicit knowledge sharing.With "intelligent manufacturing background--service innovation--knowledge sharing--enterprise performance" as the main line,a theoretical model was established and research hypotheses were proposed,then,a questionnaire was designed for this study.In combination with the 427 questionnaires collected from enterprises in the economic development zone of ChangZhi city,Shanxi Province,andthe interviews with some enterprise managers,SPSS and AMOS statistical software were used by Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis.Empirical study on the impact of service innovation on enterprise performance improvement under the intermediary influence of knowledge sharing,and finally empirical conclusion:First,both service concept innovation and service process innovation have significant positive influence on enterprise performance.Secondly,both service concept innovation and service process innovation have significant positive effects on explicit knowledge sharing,while both service concept innovation and service process innovation have significant positive effects on implicit knowledge sharing.Thirdly,both explicit knowledge sharing and implicit knowledge sharing have significant positive effects on enterprise performance.Fourth,explicit knowledge sharing plays a part of mediating role in the influence of service concept innovation and service process innovation on enterprise performance,while implicit knowledge sharing plays a part of mediating role in the influence of service concept innovation and service process innovation on enterprise performance.
