| LSE(Leadership Self-efficacy) is a person’s judgment that he or she can successfully exert leadership by setting a direction for the work group, building relationships with followers in order to gain their commit ment to change goals, and working with them to overcome obstacles to change. It’s an all- round self-evaluation ability.In order to find out the reason why low LSE lead to poor KPI(Key Performance Indicators) in W company, through questionnaire survey, we find out the most weak aspect of LSE which is referring to the capability of communication, make project plan and team building. In the second round of questionnaire survey, 9 potential factors were explored which include EQ, goal clarity, job autonomy, leader member relationship, customer orientation, authorization, the ability of making plan, communication skills and create a team from leaders of project manager. In the third round questionnaire survey, after correlation and mult iple linear regress ion analys is, the results show the goal clarity and experience has a significant influence on the ability of planning. EQ has a marginal impact on leadership communication ability. Authorization has a negative effect on the ability of build a team.According to the study results, to improve the leadership self-efficacy of project managers in W company is proposed to take measures including strength goal clarity and judge experience to improve the ability of making project plan, through study and company training to improve emotional quotient in order to improve the ability of communication skill, fully authority meanwhile setup monitor system in order to improve the ability of team building spirit. |
