Both the small-scale peasant economy in the unit of one single family and the large-scale social production of agriculture are inseperable from an agricultural social service systerm which is perfect in systerm and sound in function.The supply and marketing coorperations,as an important part of the social service systerm in our country,plays an irreplaceable and unique role.The supply and marketing coorperations?reformation and development in the right direction is of great significance for our country to develop modern agriculture and promote farmers to be richer.This paper reviews Chinese supply and marketing coorperations? four stages of development,including:follow the coorperation systerm to establish,deviate from the coorperation systerm,return to the coorperation systerm and adapt to the market economy environment and deepen the reformation,through the study of the problems existing in the systerm and function,point out that ignoring the main body status of the farmers,deviating from the coorperation systerm are the two main causes of a series of problems faced with the supply and marketing coorperations in our coutry.The supply and marketing coorperations should strengthen the reformation of the grass-roots union to form more closely connection with the property rights and the interests of the farmers,innovate the association governence mechanism and strengthen the restruction of the enterprises to go back to the real coorperation systerm.Meanwhile,absorb the advanced experience of Japan,South Korea comprehensive coorperation and Taiwan coorperation,expand service areas for the agriculture,innovate the means and methods for the agriculture,and form the comprehensive service organization for the agriculture,is the right direction of Chinese supply and marketing coorperations in the future.
