The era of knowledge economy, the object of human resource management in an organization has changed, the focus of competition between enterprises has changed from material capital to intellectual capital transfer. As the knowledge status of knowledge workers in enterprises has become more and more important.The knowledge workers has become the core of human resource management. At present, different scholars for the management of knowledge workers from different angles proposed different theories, but the research between knowledge workers' organizational commitment and job performance is vacant.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis methods, This paper studies the relationship between knowledge type employee organizational commitment and job performance. This paper works on the existing research literature of knowledge workers' organizational commitment of knowledge employee performance,and define the performance of knowledge workers from the perspective of system theory, establish a performance evaluation model for knowledge workers, determine the three dimensions of knowledge worker's organizational commitment, put forward the research hypothesis, release questionnaire to collect data. The research and analysis of the organizational commitment and job performance of knowledge workers by using SPSS software. This paper draws the following conclusions through the empirical analysis between the commitment to the organization of knowledge workers and job performance : The relationship between organizational commitment and job performance of knowledge workers is multidimensional; Knowledge workers' affective commitment is a predictive variable of investment performance; Knowledge employee normative commitment is a predictive variable of job performance conversion and output performance;Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the following three points: Enterprise scientifily assessment of the knowledge staff performance input level, to enhance the knowledge staff's emotional commitment; Paying attention to knowledge workers' organizational commitment, improve work performance conversion and output; pay attention to the differences and demand characteristics?Guiding scientific and rational human resource practice;To pay attention to the difference of characteristics and requirements, to specify the scientific and reasonable human resource practice.
