Research On The Countermeasures Of Hebei Technology And Finance Development

As the coordinated development plan of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei comes out,the construction of the three areas named Jing-Jin-Ji rose to national height. Three areas in particular, the development of Hebei Province are a little bit behind the others. Under this kind of situation, the development of Technology and Finance has become the important way for Hebei to catch up with the pace of Beijing and Tianjin in the future. This article uses Technology and Finance as the entry point, considering the whole development of the three areas, and then makes Hebei to use the new growing model, looking for new ways to co-development.Based on the analysis of current development and its development necessity of Hebei Technology and Finance, considering the joint development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, which is playing a important role in Hebei development, the article put how to promote the development in the whole financial market of Hebei and how to co-development with Beijing, Tianjin to a key position. Followed by the introduction of Case Baoding Zhongguancun Innovation Center, its progress in the development of Technology and Financial work shows the common and unique financial problems existing in the development of Hebei. The article also analyze the successful development experience in some areas of our country and the US, Japan of Technology and Finance, and then sum up a certain amount of inspiration and reference.This article aims to explore the patterns of how to develop Technology and Finance in Hebei, and by analyzing the existing problems, the article puts forward some suggestions the can be used in the future. Hebei Province should develop the way like, at the beginning using the Hebei government's macro-driven, and gradually transiting to a market-oriented financial model in the developing process. Other advises include that, the government should give increased financial investment positively in the future, and then improve the construction of Technology and Finance service center, develop the five high-tech zones in the region, improve the overall financial environment, strengthen the sharing of resources in three regions. And we hope that the suggestions can be able to provide a reference for the future development of Hebei.
