| Along with the acceleration of urbanization and the development of civil aviation, five mature world-class multi-airport system are formed by relying on the five metropolis area.With the world-class multi-airport system and its backbone network, quick contact between worldwide cities has been realized. It also become important driver of the new global economic control center. JingJinJi has became the most important construction of world-class multi-airport system with its superior location and strong foundation of civil aviation.Analyzing the situation and the gap with mature world-class multi-airport system will help determine the developing emphasis of JingJinJi. Exploring the cooperation between airports and base airlines and the construction of backbone network will accelerate the construction of world-class multi-airport system in JingJinJi area.Firstly, it based on gathering widely relevant literature and drew lessons from the advanced multi-airport system, the international aviation hub as well as network carriers, then summarized the enlightenment for JingJinJi area. Under these guidance, the paper has analyzed the development situation of multi-airport system in JingJinJi. It drew conclusions of unbalanced development of airports, not obvious function of base airlines and unreasonable structure of backbone network. Then based on structure of backbone network, it has established a stage evaluation model of world-class multi-airport system in JingJinJi area with fuzzy closeness method, and constructed a situation assessment model with method of combination weight and efficacy function. According to the evaluation results, it determined the developing emphasis of building world-class multi-airport system in JingJinJi area. Finally,based on the above conclusions, it put forward a overall scheme about buiding world-class multi-airport system in JingJinJi area, and it proposed some suggestions in order to guide the future development. |
