As the process of globalization progresses,socio-economic activities are more frequent across regions.The activity units are not limited to a single city but are more interconnected by urban agglomerations.Transport link is one of the ways in which urban agglomerations are linked.The development of air transport infrastructure will strongly support the international and domestic transportation links between urban agglomerations.Take advantage of synergy effect,the multi-airport system brings together the advantages of several airports within the urban agglomeration,integrates air traffic resources and interacts with the urban agglomeration at many aspects to adapt to each other and serve the development of urban agglomeration.As China’s largest multi-airport system by traffic,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Multi-airport System plays a vital role in pushing country’s economic development.To explore how Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Multi-airport System can draw on the advanced experience of coordinated development of foreign multi-airport system,and put forward the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Multi-airport System under the background of world-class urban agglomeration,are the most important problem of China’s aviation industry.On the basis of summarizing the examples of the interaction between multi-airport system and urban agglomeration at home and abroad,this paper studies the meaning of multi-airport system,collaborative development of multi-airport system,world class multi-airport system and world class urban agglomeration.By finding the interaction of multiairport system and urban agglomeration,this paper analyzes the interaction mechanism between multi-airport system and urban agglomeration,including its meaning,interactive evolution regularities,interactive relationship and interactive power mechanism.Based on the interaction mechanism between multi-airport system and urban agglomeration,the adaptability of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Multi-airport System and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is evaluated by both principal component analysis and regression analysis so that the coordination between the two Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei groups is determined.Besides,this paper uses the system comprehensive coordination evaluation model to evaluate the synergetic degree of the world-class multi-airport system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Multi-airport System and London Multi-airport System respectively,concludes the current synergy condition of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Multi-airport System and finds out the difference between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Multi-airport System and London Multi-airport System.According to the results of the two types of evaluation,combining with the interaction mechanism between multi-airport system and urban agglomeration,this paper analyzes the reasons why Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Multi-airport System now cannot work synergistically and proposes the measures for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Multi-airport System under the background of world-class urban agglomeration so as to realize the goal of coordination between multi-airport system and urban agglomeration and synergy at all aspects of the multi-airport system so that it can provide theoretical guidance for other multi-airport systems in China.
