This year as the start of the 13 th five-year plan,the manufacturing enterprises in Guizhou pvovince need to upgrade the structure and Improve enterprise efficiency, and to build local brands,and these are employees with high job performance as the prerequisite. Compensation satisfaction is a kind of emotional experience of staff, it is a significant correlation with employee work efficiency and enthusiasm. Practice proves that the employees highly identified the organization can work more actively, have more power to return organization, even beyond their job duties.In this paper, on the basis of combing and summarizing relevant research results at home and abroad, introducing the organizational identification as an intermediary variable, analyzes the mechanism of interaction among the compensation satisfaction, organizational identification and job performance and build theoretical model. To get the data by means of questionnaire survey, using the SPSS21.0 to analyze empirically the relationship among manufacturing employees' pay satisfaction, organizational identification and job performance in Guizhou province, verify the hypothesis.The conclusion is as follows: First, the employees' pay satisfaction, organizational identification and job performance show significant positive correlation relationship between the two. Second, in different dimensions of pay satisfaction, welfare level of satisfaction has significant positive influence on job performance; The impact of pay satisfaction on organizational identity, in addition to the salary satisfaction the rest of the three dimensions have a significant positive influence on organizational identification; Organizational identification have significant positive influence on the different dimensions of job performance, the dedication to work is influenced by the largest. Third, organizational identification has played a strong intermediary role in the process of compensation satisfaction impact on job performance, and the direct impact pay satisfaction on job performance is relatively weak.Main innovation point of this article is: the study found that organizational identification plays a strong intermediary role between the two, namely the directly affects pay satisfaction impact on job performance is small, it is innovative relative to previous research conclusion. Improve compensation satisfaction alone is not enough, the administrator can achieve the goal of improving work performance by the move to enhance organizational commitment. Besides, taking manufacturing industry in Guizhou province as an example, introducing the organizational identification as intermediary variable to analysis the mechanism, deepen the depth of the paper, it is also innovative on the research methods and perspectives.
