Research On The Effects Of The Credit Allocation Of Resources To The Industrial Structure In Hebei

Since the reform and opening-up, Hebei Province's economy has achieved rapid development, especially the third industry, increased from 3.848 billion yuan in 1978 to1.095352 trillion yuan in 2014. Great changes have taken place in the industrial structure and the industrial evolved from the original "213" structure into today's "231". But in the process, Some problems have been exposect in the industrial structure. How to make the optimization and upgrading to the development of rationalization and high-grade have became the hot topic. At the same time, in the modern market economy, the core of which is finance, credit has developed rapidly,and it has become the main factor to boost the increase of economy and to adjust the structure of economy, the structure credit resources allocation has a growing influence on industrial.Based on credit allocation of resources and industrial structure rationalization, firstly introduce the research meaning and purpose, summarize the achievements of predecessors, reviewe the research status and achievements at home and abroad, found the research is not mature enough. Secondly introduce the related concepts and theory,builde the credit resources allocation theory frame, and elaborate the credit mechanism of the influence of the allocation of resources for economic growth. Thirdly the economic date of 1978 to 2014 is seleted and the evolution of industrial structure in Hebei and the present situation are analyzed, compared with the present situation of the national industrial structure and several provinces. Finally, through the establishment of the relevant theoretical model,and the selection of credit resources and industrial structure index, using econometric methods, the influence of credit resources allocation on industrial structure is analyzed and the condusion is made according to the empirical analysis.Summarizing the credit allocation of resources to the influence of industrial structure, from the angle of credit resources are put forward the policy suggestions to promote the industrial structure in Hebei Province.
