With the development of economy and urbanization, the requirements of residents for building indoor environment and thermal comfort are also increasing, so the good indoor environment and thermal comfort conditions are important conditions to guarantee them to live and work, which is directly related to people's physical and mental health, work efficiency and so on. And the researchers should use the passive means to improve the indoor thermal environment as much as possible. Window opening behavior is the most common and convenience way to adjust the indoor ventilation for people, ventilation not only can improve the indoor thermal and humidity environment and air quality, but also can reduce building energy consumption to a certain extent. In the past 20 years, in order to understand the influence of occupants' window opening behavior on the building energy consumption, the relevant scholars established the mathematical model between the indoor occupants' window opening behavior and the influencing factors. So the studying that the impact of the influence factors on the indoor occupants' window opening behavior has a very important significance for building energy consumption, indoor air quality and thermal comfort environment. This subject adopts the experimental test and the Logistic regression analysis of mathematical analysis research. First, this experiment was made in an office building of a university in Beijing for the indoor occupants' window opening behavior, among five in second floor offices to make the real-time monitoring for nine and a half months from October 1, 2014 to July 15, 2015. Primarily with the opening window status, occupancy and indoor/outdoor environment parameters were tested, which laid the foundation data for analysis of the later occupants' window opening behavior influence factor. Then, based on indoor and outdoor temperature of the environmental factors and seasons, occupancy, time of day and personal preference of the non-environmental factors and the indoor occupants' window opening behavior in the office building are analyzed, which can obtain the factors to affect opening window behavior. Finally, parameter selection is based on the environmental factors(indoor and outdoor air temperature, outdoor humidity, wind direction, wind speed, solar radiation, sunshine hours and outdoor PM2.5) which may affect occupants' window opening behavior, finding out which parameter has a significant effect on occupants' window opening behavior, Logistic regression analysis is adopted for it, and then setting up the probability model of the indoor occupants' window opening behavior in office buildings of a university in Beijing throughout the year.
