The process of technological innovation with high complexity is that the enterprise form a technology innovation network(TIN) by division of labor and collaboration in order to get complementary resources, achieve organizational learning, share commercial risks and markets. However, some enterprise, as a network node, choose will choose entry or exit TIN after external environment changed and network evolved. Network point exit, especially the key point, shall affect the stability of TIN, even lead to the collapse of TIN. Therefore, These are all questions worth study that why nodes want to exit from the network, and what factors lead to nodes exit. Consider the node behavior of ‘active exit' and ‘passive exit', this main purpose of this thesis is to research nodes exit mechanism from the view of self-organization, investigate the nodes exit mechanic from the view of hetero-organization, and study the node's exit strategy by introducing hetero-organization management theory study under self-organization.First of all, the thesis introduce the definition of TIN, core node, its function and the connotation of node's exiting, and summarize the research status of node exit at home and abroad, then analyze the various factors of nodes exiting from individual level, relationship level and network level, and verify our analysis result by empirical case of the OLED industry patent cooperation data through the method if data mining and social network analysis. Secondly, we research the nodes exit mechanism from the view of self-organization, analysis the reason of the nodes choose cooperation or aborted and take hold of nodes exiting motivation. On this basis we get the logical venation that motivation affect behavior, behavior affect the stability of the network. In order to improve the network stability, evolutionary game model is established to analyze the conditions of non-core nodes ‘active exit' and the opportunity of core nodes repelling non-nodes. Finally, we research the nodes exit mechanization from the view of hetero-organization and the node's exit strategy based on self-organization trough hetero-organization theory. The node exit mechanization is that core nodes want to adjust the network relationship and achieve the goal of network organization survival. Where core nodes evaluate and choose the suspend cooperation is exiting the systematic risk. So we construct comprehensive evaluation important ended system of technology from the individual, the network location, the relationship between nodes and the whole network structure attribution, and evaluating the importance of nods by TOPSIS method, as an empirical analysis of the storage battery industry patent cooperation network in 2013. As a summary, we put forward the management strategy of node exit.
