Research On Cost Identification And Cost Sharing Mechanism In RSC Of Vehicle Recalls

Nowadays vehicle recall events occur frequently and the quantity of recall vehicle is numerous, almost all of the automobile manufacturing enterprises face with recall problem, more importantly, the costs of vehicle recall event are numerous. So on the basis of previous research, using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method, this paper do the research on cost identification, cost comparison and cost sharing mechanism in reverse supply chain of vehicle recalls.First of all, this paper summarizes the present situation of the recall, combs the whole vehicle recall process of internal and external, analyses the features and different patterns of reverse supply chain of vehicle recalls on the basis of summarizing the related theory; Secondly, this paper analyses the formation mechanism and effective recognition of vehicle recall cost, and do the research on cost comparison based on different patterns of vehicle recall; Thirdly, this paper do the research on cost sharing problem between automobile manufacturers and suppliers; Finally, this paper summarizes the research content, point out some deficiencies and future research prospects.In this paper, the innovations include: according to the analysis and study, sums up and model different patterns of reverse supply chain of vehicle recalls; Detailed combing and analysis of recall cost; Represent the cost of different patterns with mathematical models and give optimal strategy suggestions; Considering the cost sharing mechanism in quality improvement. This paper has certain reference and guidance to the automobile manufacturing enterprises.
