Corporate social responsibility problem has got more and more attention of the public and investors because of the progress of society and the challenge of economic sustainable development.Whether to perform the social responsibility will influence the image of enterprises directly.While global economic integration development makes cooperation among the enterprises more and more closely,corporate social responsibility behavior of single enterprise indirectly affect the cooperative enterprises 'images.For example,the latest event of take-away black workshop not only smears catering enterprises themselves,but also damages the image of platform provider "Elema".It follows that the behaviors of members of supply chain can impact the performance of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)of the entire supply chain.Although there are lots of researches of supply chain CSR,how to coordinate supply chain CSR is still a problem that troubled many scholars and enterprises.The root causes are:first,the implementation of CSR must pay cost first,while the future earnings have great uncertainty,most members of supply chain have a tendency to escape for their own interests.Second,the benefits of implementing CSR usually are very hard to distribute,so the enthusiasm of the members of supply chain is easy to be damaged.Based on the backgrounds above,this paper uses the cost sharing contract to deeply analyze the CSR coordination mechanism.This paper puts the supply chain CSR problem into the two big situations of certain and uncertain market demand,and analyzes them respectively.Based on this,this paper also expands the situation to asymmetric information,which researches how retailer uses Display Principle to distinguish supplier's types of performing the social responsibility.The main results are the followings:First,when information is symmetrical,no matter in the situation of certain or uncertain market demand,using cost sharing contract can coordinate supply chain CSR to some extent,but the profit of supply chain cannot reach the maximum.Second,using Display Principle can help retailer distinguish supplier's types of performing the social responsibility,it providers an reliable way for core enterprise to choose cooperative enterprise.Third,in the situation of certain market demand,using cost sharing contract to coordinate supply chain CSR will increase the cost of the product of supply chain,and then the price of products increases,but it can also increase consumers' demand,and finally improves the profits of both sides of supply chain.Fourth,in the situation of uncertain market demand,using cost sharing contract to coordinate supply chain CSR reduces supplier inventory and increases supplier's profit on the one hand.On the other hand,it increases consumers' demand for retailer's products,which also increases retailer's profit.It realizes a win-win situation.
