The Study On Coordinating Supply Chain Based Under Demand Disruption Incorporating Cost Sharing

The supply chain coordination is a hot issue of the supply chain field. Previous research results prove fully that the expected profit in centralized decision-making is better than decentralized decision-making, so kinds of strategies and factors coordinating supply chain are extensively concerned, for example using contracts coordinates supply chain, and how the instability of production ability, the disruption of market demand and the supply interrupt influence the coordination of supply chain.Demand disruption caused by disruptions is a research hot spot of the supply chain coordination, and the common contracts are the whole price contract, quantity discount contract, revenue sharing contract and buy back contract. The supply chain in this paper contains one manufacturer and one retailer. Using the methods of comparison and game theory researches how to develop the coefficient of cost sharing to coordinate the supply chain in kinds of contracts. This paper mainly divides into two parts:Firstly, the coordination of supply chain doesn't consider the cost sharing. The task of this part is putting forward the model of the basic contracts and analyzing the effect of the contracts, analyzing the influence of the supply chain coordination under disruption, and adjusting the contract parameters to coordinate the supply chain. The study finds that before the disruption the basic contract of the whole price contract can't coordinate the supply chain, but the basic of quantity discount contract, revenue sharing contract and buy back contract can coordinate the supply chain. After the disruption, the basic contracts can't realize the supply chain coordination. When the disruption happens,by adjusting the contract parameters, the whole price contract just coordinate the supply chain in the market demand largely increasing, the rest can completely realize the supply chain coordination.Secondly, the coordination of supply chain considers the cost sharing. Adjusting the contract parameters can't completely realize the kinds of contracts to coordinate the supply chain, so we introduce the coefficient of cost sharing to research the supply chain coordination. The cost sharing mainly deals with the increasing cost and the plus cost under the demand disruption. We find that reasonable establishing the coefficient of cost sharing can make the contracts to realize the complete coordination of supply chain.This paper studies the supply chain coordination on the four basic contracts,expanding the research scale and making the method generally, which has thesignificant means to actual management and enriches the emergency management system of the supply chain.
