In the development of the telephone sales center, facing the complex business and management environment, the enterprise's competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and the key lies in the competition of talents. But in the daily management of human resources, there are still many problems to be solved.,such as reducing the loss of the value of the staff of the appropriate management strategies, reducing the cost of human loss, improving the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes the T telemarketing center as the research object, and studies the causes and Countermeasures of the loss of the sales of the T telemarketing center. Through the domestic and foreign literature review, summarize the existing research results, combined with the actual situation of T telemarketing center, design the relevant research questionnaire. Through statistical analysis of survey data, based on the perspective of human resource development and internal management of the telemarketing center, start from the perspective of reducing staff turnover, optimize the management mechanism system, find out the main problems in the sales specialist retention of electric marketing center. And from the organizational support theory perspective of view, beginning from the three stages of recruitment, training and training convergence, daily management of the, focus on sales specialist psychological changes and competent communication measures, try to find out a series of effective measures to solve, and telemarketing center decision-making provide reference, effective control of the loss of excellent sales specialist.The research results of this paper are: providing sloution specific to reducing the current serious staff turnover in T telemarketing center, clarifying the management thinking of personnel loss control in T telemarketing center, providing the effective human resource management support for the business development of T telemarketing center. It provides some reference value for the management of human loss control in the same type of telemarketing center.
