| Wth the complex operation and management requirement,the competition of property insurance companies 1s becoming increasingly fierce,and the reserve personnel is the core competitiveness.The quality of human resources management of property insurance companies plays a key role for the development of property insurance companies.With increasing managers of property insurance companies are aware of the importance of own distribution channel,Tel-marketing which highly rely on human resource has been developed.The stability of employers is crucial to the development of channels.Therefore,how to keep the stability and talents of the team is significant to promote the Tel-marketing developing.This essay takes the China United Property Insurance Company Telephone Sales Center as the research object,and it makes an analysis and research on employees losing.Previously,through consulting the relevant literature and research results,the relevant theoretical knowledge and the advanced experiences are studied as the foundation of following study.Based on the comparative analysis of the data of the lost employees in China United Property Insurance Company Telephone Sales Center,and assisted by questionnaires,employee interviews and on-site observation,the analysis of the factors that affecting the loss of employees,evaluation of the impact of the human resources losing are made,furthermore,the analysis from three levels that industry,company and employees to find the reasons that affect staff turnover.According to the analysis of recruitment channels,length of service,per capita performance,academic qualification and other factors,the correlation between these factors and staff turnover is found.There are conman reasons which affect staff turnover are dis-identification of this job,the high intensity of work and the unclear career path.On the other hand,the factors relate to management are the recruitment,training,examine,humanistic care,working intensity and so on.In view of the above,this paper points that scientific recruitment system,perfect talent training system,scientific salary incentive system,effective human management system,and strengthening the corporate culture construction can help to control the labor reduction in the center,and to maintain the stability of labor.This essay shows the analysis of labor reduction and points out the solutions in the China United Property Insurance Company Telephone Sales Center.It also clarified the direction of personnel drain management,and formulated effective strategies,in order to reduce the loss of labor and the labor cost in the center.In the meantime,it also provides some reference relating to the management of labor cost for the center. |
