Nowadays, job-hopping and turnover become nothing new anymore.The reasons behind the fact is multiple. On the one hand, with one company fierce competition against another, the war on tanlant is having continued; on the other hand, employee born in the 80's year is brave to chase after their dream, dare to chanllenge themsleves, and give up what they have. This paper, combining after 80s employee sharp-cut characters, is designed to study the factors to turnover intentions of after 80s employee, through referring to classical turnover model. As well known, turnover rate of telephone sales is very hign, turnover intention is good for indicating turnover rate. So studing the factors influencing turnover intentions is an important task for human resource management.The model for turnover intetions is set up. We investigate after 80s telephone sales, giving out 120 questionares and taking bake 107 valid questionares. The relationships between turnover intentions and job satisfaction & organization commitment& work-related strees& life presure& work value& new chance have been proven by statistical analysis. Job satisfaction& organization commitment & life presure are negatively work value& new chance; work-related strees & work value& new chance are positively work value& new chance. Organization commitment have a mediating effect between job satisfaction and turnover intention. Some demographic variables had significant effect on those above variables.Retetion advice is present, hoping to help company reduce brain drain.
