With the rapid growth of the national economy, the role played by private enterprises gradually enlarged, contributing to social stability and economic development becomes particularly prominent, it has become an important source of strength for social development and construction. Meanwhile, private companies can also provide a lot of employment opportunities for people, can solve the employment problem of talent, but also the loss of manpower development of private enterprises the main constraints. Thus, by private enterprise employees organizational commitment and turnover intention conduct research, help to promote the development of enterprises and the lack of talent to solve their problems.Organizational commitment is a variable in attitude, so staff turnover intention prediction has a good effect. This paper studies the first chapter introduces the research background and significance, purpose and content, while domestic and foreign organizations commitment and turnover intention has combed the literature and summarized. The second chapter defines the concept and theory to sort out, to find out the organizational commitment and turnover intention relationship between the two. The third chapter is empirical analysis, build research model by summarizing the theory, and proposed the hypothesis of this paper, as well as scale analysis. The fourth chapter is the use of software spss17.0 questionnaire empirical analysis also found that different demographic variables and turnover tend to have a significant impact on organizational commitment; simultaneous analysis of the degree of organization in all dimensions and turnover intention of showing there are four dimensions outside the normative commitment turnover intention in predicting capacities are significant; varying degrees of negative relevance. Chapter V Conclusion For the above empirical analysis of snow valley Agricultural Development proposed six managerial implications.
