In the 21 st century,with the deepening of economic globalization and integration,the world economic landscape has gradually entered a new era of advanced competition and intensified competition led by advanced knowledge and technology.The technology-based SMEs that have the advantage of knowledge and technological innovation have become the main force of the national economy.The ratio of high-tech products to the total industrial output value continues to increase.At the same time,absorbing the labor force to make irreplaceable contributions has become one of the country's important economic entities..The competition of the enterprise is determined by the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The R&D personnel are the key factors for casting the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The R&D personnel are the elite representatives of the knowledge-based employees.For technology-based SMEs that are rapidly developing and knowledge-based employees have a high proportion,R&D personnel are the most important assets of the company.However,based on internal and external factors,rising R&D personnel turnover also plagues popular SMEs.In the most of researches about a turnover intention,the target is generally cross-industry and multi-type laborers.However,there are only a few groups of research and development personnel specialized in science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises as the main research objects,especially the research on the professional growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology.At present,SMEs also lack the professional growth concerns of R&D personnel.This article is based on the science and technology SMEs,studies the influence of career growth on R&D personnel turnover tendency,and puts forward the hypothesis that several constituent elements of the career growth of science and technology SMEs influence the turnover tendency of R&D personnel.This article through the literature research method,the description analysis method,the questionnaire research method,the statistical analysis method carries on the analysis research.First of all,through the literature survey method,domestic and foreign research literature,books,and magazines on career growth and R&D personnel's turnover intention are combed and summarized to form a theoretical framework for research.Then a questionnaire for the turnover intention of R&D personnel for the career growth of technology-based SMEs was designed.Questionnaires were used to collect data,and statistical analysis software SPSS was used for correlation analysis to obtain relevant conclusions.The research results of this topic will reveal the impact of the organizational professionalism and emotional commitment on the turnover intention of R&D personnel in the career growth of technology-based SMEs,and point out the impact of the various dimensions of professional growth of technology-based SMEs on the turnover tendency of R&D personnel and the mechanism of action.Helps technology-based SMEs to understand the factors that affect R&D staff turnover intentions,increase R&D professional growth,increase organizational recognition and emotional commitment of knowledge workers,reduce turnover,maintain the stability of core corporate talents,and achieve long-term corporate development.
