Since 2008 global financial crisis has brought great crash to our textile clothing industry. Because of poor construction level, poor manufacturing and management, a large number of low-dimension enterprises go bankrupt in this environment. Under this serious industry situation, employee phenomenon, such as high turnover, leaving and absence become quite common in this industry. Learning from literature research, organizational commitment is closely related to turnover trends, individual performance and other factors.For the Zhejiang textile clothing industry, strengthen of employee's organization commitment is now at the top of agenda.Purpose of the research is to study mutual influences and relations among organizational commitment, job satisfaction, turnover tendency and Job performance taking employees from Zhejiang textile clothing industry as investigation objects. This research also focuses on the comparison of differences among the different personal attributes.Research uses the form of questionnaire, collecting 384 pieces of effective feedback in Ningbo, Jiaxing, Shaoxin and Hangzhou. After analyzing the collected data by SPSS software, the results show below:Different demographic variables have different impact to organizational commitment. Job satisfaction can influence organizational commitment, and it is positive related to organizational commitment.Organizational commitment is an effective predict indicator for turnover trends and performance. Job satisfaction can affect employee turnover and performance through organizational commitment.Finally, this essay mentions the prospect of future researches. Besides according to research results, this essay gives Zhejiang Textile Clothing enterprises suggestions on how to build up employees'organizational commitment, mainly from six aspects: enhancing enterprise culture setting; focusing enterprise systematic policies building; adopting soft management; creating effective salary system; helping good employees set up their career plannings; going through the whole process management of organizational commitment.
