In recent years, in order to gain more competitive advantage in the fierce market competition, many companies introduced a flatter organizational structure. On the one hand, flat organizational structure can improve the operation efficiency of management, make the management more direct and efficient; Flattening management style, on the other hand, also makes employees more independent space, enterprises regulate and define their responsibilities more difficultly. Under such circumstances, how the enterprise is to give full play to employees' autonomy and motivation, make spontaneously them carry out organizational citizenship behavior, and conducive to the development of organization has become an important issue of influencing business' normal operations and development currently. Therefore, the study of organizational citizenship behavior and its antecedent has become one of the hot spots of academic circle.Firstly, based on domestic and international literature review,research reference relatively mature psychological contract violation scale, organizational justice scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale. Through the analysis of reliability and validity of a small sample survey scale, this study carried out the scale correction, formmed a formal large sample questionnaire according to the actual situation. Secondly, the study used SPSS17.0 and AMOS21.0 to analysis correlation and regression among psychological contract violation, organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, and to inspect the mediation effect of organizational justice, constructed the SEM among the three. Finally, according to the results of the statistical analysis, the study tested hypothesis and discussed results, put forward relevant management recommendations.The empirical analysis results show that the enterprise management personnel's psychological contract violation has a significant negative effect on organizational justice; Organizational justice of enterprise management has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; Enterprise management personnel psychological contract violation has no direct significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; Organizational justice has a complete mediation effect, enterprise management personnel's psychological contract violation has a negative impact on organizational citizenship behavior by organizational justice. The conclusions of this paper are beneficial supplement to the research of psychological contract violation, organization justice and organization citizenship behavior and their relationships, and also have a certain theoretical and practical significance.
