With the development of Chinese economic, many kinds of organizations hasemerged and evolved. In order to adapting to the transformation in the externalenvironment, the organizational structure is becoming more and more intelligent andflexible. In addition, more attentions are paid to the employees. On account of theimpossible perfection of the designation of the organization, it is particularlynecessary to pay attention to the conscious cooperation of the staffs. It has greatpractical significance to make use of the staffs’ potential and advantages sufficientlyso that they can do more favorable behavior for organization, namely organizationcitizenship behavior.It is revealed that organization justice is connection with organization citizenshipbehavior, but it is few mentioned the relationship of organizational justice,psychology ownership and organization citizenship behavior. At the same time, somestudies have show psychology ownership has effect on organization citizenshipbehavior, however, they did not research on the relationship of them on account of theaffective factors. So it is worth to study when the relationship of them becomesstronger or when the relationship of them becomes weaker.The main purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect employees’organization citizenship behavior from the point of organizational justice andpsychology ownership in the Chinese context. In this paper, by the method ofreviewing literature mainly, proposing the relative theoretical model and variablesand analyzing the collected data by the use of spss17.0. In order to verify theunderlying assumptions and model analysis, we use the scientific and rigorousempirical research methods to. According to the conclusions of the study, somereasonable proposals are put forward to managers in the practical management,hoping it is useful to the business management. After the verification of research assumption and discussion, we can get thefollowing conclusions:①Organization justice has significant positive effect on organization citizenshipbehavior.②Organization justice has significant positive effect on psychologyownership. Procedural fairness has significant positive effect on psychologyownership; Distribution justice has significant positive effect on psychologyownership; Information justice does not have effect on psychology ownership;Interpersonal justice has significant positive effect on psychology ownership.③Psychology ownership has significant positive effect on organization citizenshipbehavior. Psychology ownership has significant positive effect on individual level oforganization citizenship behavior; Psychology ownership has significant positiveeffect on group level of organization citizenship behavior; Psychology ownership hassignificant positive effect on organizational level of organization citizenship behavior;Psychology ownership has significant positive effect on social level of organizationcitizenship behavior.④Psychology ownership plays an intermediate role betweenOrganization justice and organization citizenship behavior.⑤Trust in leadermoderate the relationship between psychology ownership and organizationcitizenship behavior. The more trust in leader, the more impact that organizationaljustice to organization citizenship behavior.
