Evaluation And Empirical Research On Competitiveness Of Manufacturing Industry In Heilongjiang

Manufacturing industry is an important driving force for the development of national economy, the overall competitiveness of a country’s economic development is reflected in the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. With the development of economic globalization and China’s socialist market economy, China’s manufacturing industry has developed rapidly. The degree of internationalization has been deepening, China has become a manufacturing power country. But at the same time, there still exists many problems, such as weak innovative abilities, uneven regional development level and other issues. They are exposed increasingly, we can’t ignore. To solve these problems, scientific and effective evaluation of the competitiveness of manufacturing industry, to recognize the gap between manufacturing competitiveness in different regions, and then put forward the effective measures to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing industry, has become an urgent need to the current situation.Under this background, this paper takes literature investigation, factor screening, variation coefficient method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and method. The manufacturing industry competitiveness evaluation theories and methods of collation and analysis, screened the key influencing factors of the manufacturing industry competitiveness, based on the established manufacturing competitiveness assessment index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. By collecting the relevant data of the national manufacturing industry in 2014 in the National Statistical Yearbook, the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province is studied. And compared with the manufacturing industry in our country and Guangdong province, the empirical results were analyzed. Finally, according to the industry development trend of Heilongjiang Province, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province.This paper is divided into six parts, the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is introduction. The research background, the significance, the direction and the way of thinking of this thesis are briefly introduced.The second chapter is the literature review of industrial competitiveness. After reading a large number of documents, related concepts and research, the writer reviewed the studies at home and abroad, summarized the current domestic and international research of manufacturing industry competitiveness evaluation and organized the comments on the relevant evaluation methods.The third chapter is the theory of the competitiveness of manufacturing industry. It specifically explains the related theory of the manufacturing industry competitiveness evaluation, analyzes the most important three aspects of industrial competitiveness—— industrial environment, industrial innovation and industrial scale, for the foundation to construct the index system and evaluation model.The fourth chapter is the construction of the evaluation model of manufacturing industry competitiveness. After explaining in detail of the principle and steps of modeling, which is based on the screening of the fuzzy evaluation method, the variation coefficient methods on the impact of China’s manufacturing industry competitiveness factors were screened. Established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index and modal based on the three important aspects.The fifth chapter is the empirical research on the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province. Expounded the present situation of the manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang, put the data into the evaluation model empirical test, calculating the level of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province. Then compared with the national level and Guangdong province’s manufacturing industry competitiveness level, analyzed the reasons of Heilongjiang’s lown manufacturing competitiveness level.The sixth chapter is conclusion and suggestion. Summary of the whole text of the study, the corresponding reform suggestions and recommendations are given in view of the problems faced by the development of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang.
