| Trade liberalization is gradually advancing and deepening since reform and opening, Along with the comprehensive opening of every fields,China's service industry is experiencing a new stage of rapid opening and development, which pull the main power of economic growth.Under this background,studying on the impact of trade liberalization on the productivity of service industry in China is so significant for improving the efficiency and quality of service industry and promoting the sustainable development of China's economy. On the basis of productivity heterogeneity,This paper construct the theoretical mechanism and econometric model of trade liberalization and service productivity, Using DEA-Malmquist productivity index method to measure total factor productivity of China's service industry, Using dynamic regression analysis with 2003-2013 years of service industry data in China to estimate the relationship between trade liberalization and productivity of service industry. The results show that trade liberalization has a significant effect on the total factor productivity of China's service industry, and the effect of technical progress play a leading role. In this paper, the policy recommendations are as follows: our country should continue to promote the liberalization of service trade. Under the premise that the trade liberalization has a significant effect on the productivity of service industry in our country, Speeding up opening the service industry and reducing the regulation of the industry sector. Second, comprehensively improve the technical efficiency of service industry, improve the level of technical progress of service industry, to achieve the development of scientific and technological innovation. Third, improve the service industry human capital investment mechanism, completing intensive growth in technology area, in the new normal economic development, to achieve the sustainable development of service industry and China's economy. |
