The leadership style plays a very important role in the development of an enterprise.The researchers focus on the positive leadership research in past years.As the destructive leadership makes great loss,so recently,the researchers pay much attention to it.Abusive supervision is one of the typical destructive leaderships,and many papers show it takes negative influence to employees' manners,attitude,performance etc.As China is influenced by the traditional culture "leader is superior to the employee",abusive supervision is widely common in Chinese enterprise,especially the private owned companies,which required the research for abusive supervision.Workplace deviance is one of the employees' manners,which will damage the management rules and take the unnecessary loss to an enterprise.Therefore,the research of relationship between abusive supervision and workplace deviance is more and more important.There are some researchers who have done this kind of research,but it is not complete,so this paper will talk about the relationships further under the intervening variable of work stress to complete the research and provide evidence for future research.By reading and organizing amounts of other researchers' papers,calculating and analyzing the 198 questionnaires via SPSS 19.0 and AMOS4.0,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Abusive supervision positive influence the generation Y's workplace deviance and its dimensions;(2)The intervening variable work stress partly influence the relationship between abusive supervision and the generation Y's workplace deviance;(3)Organizational justice moderates the relationship between abusive supervision and work stress,then decrease the generation Y's workplace deviance.
