H company, as one of earliest pressure vessel manufacturers in coal chemical industry, sales performance is far from expected, market share is very low, customer loyalty is not improved.In a customer-centric modern market environment, the customer is the source of enterprise value. How to keep old customers, acquire new customers, enhance customer value and enterprise value has become an important issue which is eager to be solved in H company in the fierce competition market environmen.Therefore, this article H company CRM implementation strategy, is aimed to find the company's CRM problems and combined with the company's strategic objectives and existing conditions, then develop implementation strategies and implement guarantees of CRM systerm which includeing the changes in the organization and business processes. The theoretical and practical aspects of the company's future sustainable development are of great significance.The domestic large pressure vessel manufacture company which use CRM is almost zero currently, so in this paper, the application prospect is broad, as it can provide valuable guidances to the manufacture company which plan to adopt CRM in the future.
