China's modern insurance industry has been developing for a short time,but the development momentum is rapid,and its asset accumulation is growing at a high speed.As the Chinese government further speeds up the reform and opening up of the financial market,more foreign insurance entities will enter the Chinese market,resulting in more and more competitors.At the same time,China's insurance market is still in the extensive development stage.Whether in terms of management level,technical ability,or customer service capacity,product development,asset-liability management of insurance companies,it is still in the primary stage of development.In the new financial and regulatory situation,insurance companies have accelerated the new strategic research and discussion.The main research direction of this paper is the strategy selection and implementation of small and medium-sized insurance companies in the new situation.Based on the objective cognition and macro-environment analysis of China's insurance market,this paper studies and plans the development strategy selection and implementation of Company C,focusing on the existing problems in the development of the insurance industry and the enlightenment from the development.Secondly,before formulating the development strategy of the insurance company,the paper carefully analyzes the actual business condition and prominent problems of Company C,and clarifies the premise of implementing the strategy from the perspective of shareholders' needs,development orientation,development foundation,technical ability and goal achievement.During the strategy selection process,the paper formulates a new development strategy to meet the needs of the company according to the company's situation and conditions,combined with the internal and external environment of the insurance industry.In order to ensure the implementation of the strategy,the corresponding requirements for the strategy guarantee measures are put forward.Furthermore,sensitivityanalysis on important factors which affect the strategic effect has been made to ensure that the implementation of the strategy is not compromised.In order to improve the efficiency of promoting the strategy,the paper proposes that the implementation path of Company C's strategy should start from strategic transformation.
