Enterprises Shouldering Social Responsibility Of Unemployment Management

At present, the unemployment has become a significant social issue for the social development of our country. Due to the high unemployment rate, lots of labour are back away from the social development. It causes waste of social resources, widens the social gap between the rich and the poor, makes it hard to achieve the social justice and increases the social instability factors. With the rapid development of social economy, the relationship among enterprises, society and individuals becomes closer and independent. So under this background, it's hard to rely solely on government and the market power to manage the unemployment issue. The enterprises enjoy the property, meanwhile, should undertake the degree of different social responsibilities and obligations to ease the unemployment pressure. The unemployment issue is not only the problem of unemployment itself. It's not only close to the social economy development, but also restricted by enterprises' social responsibility. And it not only has the theoretical value of public management, but also has the realistic significance of solving the problem of unemployment in our country at the present stage.The research ideas and research content of this pater is : the first chapter is introduction, mainly introduces the purpose and significance of this study,and reviews the domestic and foreign research situation; The second chapter is the basic theory of this article.Based on marxist labor theory of value, social contract theory and unemployment governance theory research,explore the theory basis of enterprise unemployment governance and social responsibility;The third chapter analyzes the root cause of unemplemet crisis,clarify the responsibility of unemployment governance who will take and the root cause of the corporate social responsibility; The fourth chapter explores the existing problems and the reasons of the enterprise unemployment governance social responsibility.
