Therefore, basing on the relevant national policy documents and the developmental reality of the impoverished mountainous area,this paper designs the new-type urbanization mode of impoverished mountainous area, builds the new-type urbanization industry support system of impoverished mountainous area, and establishes the new-type urbanization evaluation index system of impoverished mountainous area on the basis of above, in order to topic and provide some reference basis for further research, but also provide some valuable reference for the industry practice.This paper first elaborates the topic research background, research significance and so on, then reviews the evolution of the concept of "new urbanization", and interpretates the connotation and characteristics of "impoverished mountainous area county new rural urbanization" on the basis of above. Then this paper reviews and comments on the research status at home and abroad, and introduces the research contents and research methods of this article, technical route and innovation points.
