Under the background of accelerating development of economic globalization and stuck in WTO negotiations, the FTA(free trade area), with its initiative and flexibility advantages, are vigorous all over the world, Asian regional economic cooperation has become a hot chase of the major powers. In response to the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration, in November 2011, the association of south-east Asian nations invites China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and India jointly take part in the talks, proposed RCEP(short for regional comprehensive economic partnership agreements). After the completion of the RCEP will promote regional and global trade and investment liberalization and economic and technological cooperation has made tremendous achievements, in order to promote regional economic cooperation and make an important contribution to the development of economy in the Asia Pacific region.This article first analyzes the necessity and feasibility of China's entry into RCEP, thinks that China join the RCEP can consolidate and expand regional cooperation space, create their own FTA network, so as to effectively deal with the curb of United States on China's political and economic. As expanding the scale of the trade between China and RCEP members, cooperation between regional economies development is rapid, China and other countries have strong economic complementarities, China has the realistic conditions to join RCEP. On the basis of above analysis, use the GTAP model further, simulates the overall macroeconomic effect of main countries and regions inside and outside of the areas, especially the potential impact on China's trade after the RCEP fully built, the results showed that, after the completion of the RCEP, such as GDP, import and export, and social welfare overall metrics, the vast majority of countries and regions will yield on tariff concession and received a significant boost. From the perspective of China, its in the area of trade, commodity structure and trading way will produce a certain range of change, the vast majority of the industry output increases, company will have a part in the field of industrial output, impact on the largest is the other manufactured goods. On the basis of the above research, this article from many Angle such as economic, political, diplomatic and geopolitical RCEP established obstacle factors were analyzed. According to the results, the paper finally China how to deal with structural obstacles between the RCEP countries effective puts forward relevant policy Suggestions to promote the RCEP progression, think should strengthen the leading role of the association of south-east Asian nations, enhance political mutual trust between members, integrate the existing FTA, win support from the outside the country, China should strengthen the construction of the China-ASEAN free trade area, actively improve diplomatic relations with other countries, to strengthen voice in the RCEP and anti-risk ability, thus promoting the process of RCEP.
