Studies Of Integration Development Pattern On “Airport?Airport Industry?Airport City” Of Large Hub Airport Area

The airport areas have developed from the air transport function to the complete function urbanization gradually with the continuous development of economic globalization and our country's economy; the airport areas are gradually evolved into a special kind of new town- airport city due to the unique economic form- airport economy formed under the effect of agglomeration and radiation of the airport. Large hub airport areas in China are booming, so how to coordinate the development and to promote the better integration in space and function among "airport, airport industry,airport city" are two important aspects to consider and the key factors to further development in airport area in future.Aiming at development status and existing problems of "airport, airport industry,airport city", use qualitative and quantitative method of combining the research of integration development on “airport?airport andustry?airport aity” of large hub airport area. Firstly, the development situation in the large hub airport area at home and abroad are researched, and the future trend of the development in the airport area based on them are summed up. And then, the evolution patterns and their characteristics combined with the case of the airport area are summarized and analyzed. And the same time, the relevance among "airport, airport industry, airport city" is focused on, and this part is the groundwork for integration development among "airport, airport industry, airport city". And next, the integration development among "airport, airport industry, airport city" is evaluated and forecasted on the whole.The relevance among "airport, airport industry, airport city" were analyzed and quantified by establishing a simultaneous equation model and use EViews software to estimation. Integration development pattern among "airport, airport industry, airport city" is put forward to and the detail are explained and analyzed. And then, its influence factors are analyzed by using the SPSS software to realize the PCA. The integration development among "airport, airport industry, airport city" is also made a macroscopic analysis and an evaluation by setting up a synthetical evaluation model,and a forecasting of the development. At the end, Bei Jing airport area is taken as an example to analyze.
