The Development Model Selection Study Of General Aviation Industry

General Aviation is an important part of Civil Aviation, it serves the country's economic and social development. But due to imperfect of the management and policy system, inadequate of infrastructure and other reasons, China's General Aviation industry is still in its infancy. With the government continues to open up low-altitude airspace and related incentives, the potential demand and supply of navigation is gradually released. In order to achieve the rapid development of China's General Aviation industry, create industrial competitive advantage, value chain embedded in the global shipping industry, and rising to a high-end, we need to define the characteristics of the General Aviation industry,based on the stage of China's General Aviation industry, to find the most suitable for industrial development.In this paper, by contrast China's General Aviation and other countries, using industry life cycle phase identification, qualitative and quantitative definition of the formation of China's General Aviation industry in the life cycle. In addition, the diamond industry life cycle model as a framework, summarized the four typical factors of foreign national General Aviation industry, and by using principal component analysis and correlation analysis method to construct the factors index system of General Aviation industry development mode. Finally, quantitative analysis of multivariate selection model sorted out at this stage of General Aviation industry should choose policies, resource-oriented development model, and made specific recommendations.
