The development of the general aviation industry is the needs of the national economy and socialdevelopment, and it contributes to the development of high-tech industries and increases our defensecapabilities. At present, the development of general aviation in China is very difficult and slow,it isincompatible with the overall national strength. This is associated with many factors,such as thedegree of openness of China’s airspace, inadequate infrastructure, lack of navigable professionals andso on. In order to achieve the comprehensive and rapid development of China’s general aviation, formthe industrial competitiveness, and eventually integrate into the world’s general aviation industrychain,this article starts from the theory of diamond model and the industrial chain. it analyses thevarious factors affecting the competitiveness of China’s general aviation industry based on theimproved diamond model, and it concludes that the future needs of the general aviation industry inChina is very huge,but the public cultural awareness of general aviation and resources are relativelyweak.On the basis of the above analysis,in order to improve the main factors affecting thedevelopment of China’s general aviation industry,this article builds the general aviation industrychain,it analyses the importance of various aspects of China’s general aviation industry chain based onimproved analytic hierarchy process from the point of view of the industry chain.Ultimately thisarticle proposes the development proposals about the related industries of general aviationmanufacturing and general aviation operation and probes the development model.
