| Fleet is the basis resource of the airlines to carry out all kinds of transport activities, fleet planning is the core strategy of airlines to obtain advantages in the fierce competition of aviation market. The essence of the fleet planning is allocating the resource of fleet and route reasonablly after meeting the demand of airline passengers, which purpose is to reducing the cost,improving the high benefit.This article, which considering passenger overflow cost and load factors, built a optimal allocation model of the fleet problem.First, after considering the factors influencing the fleet planning,the paper sets up a general aircraft flight fleet optimal allocation model of single target,and using a domestic airlines for instance to solve the model and practical data verification.Then,the optimization results show that the proposed model is feasible;Secondly, according to the practical aviation market environment, the paper analyzes the passenger overflow of various negative effects on the airline, builds a multi-objective optimal allocation of fleet model. The purpose of this model is to reduce both consider passenger spilled fleet flight cost, and make sure that the fleet had a higher load factors; At the last,the paper discusses the method solving this kind of multi-objective decision making problems, eventually determine a kind of based on membership function, the multi-objective problem into a single objective problem of fuzzy linear was presented, and simulation for instance in the LINGO software. By comparing the simulation results and the original plan data, proved the mathematical models of multi-objective optimal allocation of fleet is of realistic significance. |
