Research On Correlation Departure Delays Among Different Airports And Analysis Of Delay Transfer Trend

With the rapid development of China’s aviation industry, the volume of flights are increasing, and the airport capacity is hard to meet the growing traffic demand, the specific performance of the flight delay is often seen in the case. Multiple airports may occur delay in the same time, which accelerates the degree of airport flight delays. Mastering the delay correlation between multiple airports can help managers to implement more scientific and more reasonable decisions, it can also improve the whole operational efficiency of civil aviation. Therefore, we need a new point of view to analysis the association between multiple airports delay, at the same time, we could conduct the research on the trend of multi airports delay problem.Firstly, according to the current management regulations, we clarify the definition of flight delay. The concrete reason of the airport flight delays are analyzed from different angles. Then the airport flight delay propagation theory is introduced,which will be the relevance theoretical foundation for the next proposed airport delays.Then, main theoretical method used in this paper are introduced, excluding element extension method, and the mathematical model of support vector machine.The application range of the selected method is illustrated, and the applicability of the model is discussed.The matter element extension method is used to calculate the take-off delay correlation. The airports are seen as matter elements, the airport flight operation time are seen as characteristic, average delay time are seen as the characteristic values,make the application of matter element extension model for twice extension calculation, then draw the airport delays degree relative amount of value, at last analysis the airport of departure delay correlation.Finally, the results of relevance of the airport delays are applied to analysis the status of multi airport flight delays. Based on the target airport and associated airport delays, the support vector machine regression method is used to forecast the future situation of airport delays. The final forecasting results verify the applicability of the method.
