With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the construction and popularization of smart grid has become the strategic focus of the electric power industry. During the twelfth five year period,the scale of the intelligent power grid is the highest,while the electricity information collection system is the core part of the whole power supply. Since 2009,with the large-scale construction of electric information acquisition system, domestic manufacturers in the face of tremendous opportunities,but also faces enormous challenges,such as the change of the tender mode,product homogeneity,increased competition,service costs and other issues,the changing industry situation allows companies to think how to transform. In the face of this situation,how to maintain the market share in the market competition with the electric information acquisition system,how to get rid of the cruel price competition and make the enterprises remain invincible. Only by changing the traditional concept of after-sales service,in terms of after-sales service to do the article,the "after-sales service" into "after sale service + marketing" to become the future use of power information collection system suppliers to jointly choose.Y company is one of the leading manufacturers in the field of electric information acquisition system. Because of the rapid development of enterprises in recent years,the long-term effect of the service has been neglected. In this paper,the Y company as the research object,the Y company in the use of electric information acquisition system industry characteristics,the market environment and the existing status of after-sales service comprehensive analysis. Through the analysis and research of Y company's own situation,this research discusses the practical problems of the organization structure,process,personnel,marketing plan and so on,and puts forward the improvement and improvement of Y company's after-sales service system,which includes adjusting structure,process optimization,building information system and so on. And the use of electric information acquisition system industry sales service problems were summarized,and pointed out that after-sales service can not only bring profits,but also improve customer satisfaction and loyalty,for the enterprise's brand building and market competition to provide strong support.The significance of this paper is to put forward the improvement and improvement of Y company's after-sales service system,to reverse the development strategy of Y company,to further improve the profitability of the company,and to provide reference for the same type of enterprise in the after-sales service.
